Paramid points in the Saunders book

Hi, everyone:

I just have a question regarding the paramid points in the Saunders book. Are you guys paying close attention to those? Did you find them helpful? Thanks!

I have noticed that as well. But, also notice that there are answers to questions that are not PP. I am currently using Suzanne's plan and am halfway with Saunders. I use a lot of kaplan's test taking strategies as well as Saunders. (Read the chapter 5 SAunders 3rd edition on test taking strategies.) It's very helpful. Although, I bombed on Pediatric Health. I notice also that kaplan's questions were similar of that with saunders, meaning it asks what is frequestly tested on the NCLEX and saunders focuses on that with the pyramid points.

I have to agree that I noticed that too.
