Anyone have any opinions/thoughts/experiences with PV Hospital? I am considering interviewing but wanted to see what the general consensus is.

I have no personal experience, but I've basically only heard good things. I'd consider it myself if it were bigger.

I have not heard anything good from the staff that works there, it is an abrazo affiliated hospital so it is for profitt, and has alot of the politics associated with for profitts.

From what I know most nurses that work there are registry so the staff is always changing up. Regarding pay - they are for profit so it may not be up to par with other hospitals in the area. If you do decide to go for the interview you'll have to let us know if the pay scale is similar to other facilities like Scottsdale, Banner etc..

I have worked on the med surg floor at PV for 2 years now. Yes it is for profit, and yes that can be a pain...But there are a ton of awesome people that work there, we are all family there and I can tell you it is great to walk in the hallway, or answer the phone and you are known. Registry are only a few now, at least on our unit. So if you are still wondering...come on over tell them Cat sent ya.
