Paradise Valley Hospital in National City?

Hi Everyone,

I had an interview today with Paradise Valley Hospital in National City and I was wondering if anyone has worked there or knows anything about it?

Is it a good place for a new grad?

Do the nurses like working there?

I've heard the area is not very good and I was wondering if it is safe going to work?

i have heard very good reviews about paradise valley. Infact one of my friend used to work there and she said once she finish her course she will gladly comeback there. She already asked her professor to give her a referral to do her training in PVH. I also have sent my application yesterday by e-mail so I am still waiting for their reply. How did u apply by the way? I am not a new grad but since I dont have experience here in USA, employers still see me as a newly grad. Which in a way benefits me, i kinda feel special:) How did the hiring process go? i mean did they call you for an interview or.How long do u have to wait to be interviewed since u submitted your application?..I am interested in surgical nursing and would love to try other specialties as well.
