Try a search for aspiration in stroke pts. They are at high risk for aspiration due to impaired swallowing, possibility of difficulty clearing secretions.

go to your school's library website. They should have a search engine for students/staff to use that will pull up articles for free. Try CINAHL or MEDLINE or ProQuest Nursing Journals. Also try using:
