Boy...this studying has its ups and downs...yesterday I was pretty confident but today I have the panic blues........any tips for test anxiety..it sure would be helpful and much appreciated............I know I'll be fine...just getting really burned out from school and now this...I just flat can't wait till its over4 more days till my big SB test.................. :uhoh21: :o :uhoh21: :crying2:

You CAN do this!!! Look how far you have made it! Whats a few more days. It will all be over with before you know it. That is what I kept telling myself last week. Have faith and positive thoughts and try to stay focused.

BREATH! Just take a second when you get the test, close your eyes, breath from your tummy, and think "I know this, and I can do it!" say it over till you calm down.

Thanks guys and Gals....I feel better this evening...I went for a drive and fixed diner and just got away from it for a while...I'm back at it some this evening...but only lightly...........trying to stay off the puter and just kick back and study out of my books ((NCLEX Questions)) tomorrow I'll hit the CD's again............SORRY for sounding so HODRUM...not to many people who understand the delemia opf SB's and all............except all of you :rotfl:
