I am trying to find information on the PAMPER system for giving a pt report at end of shift or pt xfer.
I have searched the net but I mostly get stites related to diapers.
I did get a couple of hits for this site but only came up with info on SBAR, which, while nice enough is not what I need.
I think that for PAMPER, A= Allergies and that is all I know.
If you can be of help with this I would greatly appreciate it.
Or, even if you can point me at a website or suggest search terms to refine my google search.
Thank You for your time.

I think you mean acronym!
This website has the info you are looking for: http://www.nursingceu.com/courses/218/index_nceu.html
It's towards the end of the page. Just do a search on PAMPER and you should get to it easily.
Good luck!
