Palomar/Mira Costa Fall 2021 ADN

Hi everyone!

I am applying to the ADN programs at Palomar and Mira Costa for Fall 2021. I wanted to make this for other students who are also applying! Share any info you'd like. 

Well I hope I calculated my points wrong or something LOL otherwise I'm probably not getting in. Was 96 your only TEAS attempt?

Yeah that was my first and only! I really thought I had this in the bag LOL but I guess they got a ton of applications this time around. I'll try again in the Spring!

I'm sorry. Yeah, in a normal semester you would have easily gotten in. I hope you're OK. Haha now I'll patiently wait for a denial LOL.

Well I’m definitely not getting in then! LOL. Hopefully Palomar accepts some of us!

oh wow I'm freaking out now after reading these comments....fingers crossed for us all that haven't heard back yet! I believe I have 96 points if I calculated correctly but it sounds like that might be the norm!

I just emailed Mallory asking when acceptance/denial emails plan to be distributed. She said she hopes to send them by the end of the month.

I asked Malory the counselor about people receiving phone calls and this is what she said 

 

Not at all. If anyone was called it was because their application was not complete or there was an issue.

What the heck...maybe it was a prank call?! Who would do that? Unless it was a different school?
