Palomar College - Generic ADN (Fall 2024)

Hey everyone. Just wanted to make this for those who are applying this cycle to the Palomar ADN program. I got about 88-89 points on their point system if I did the math correctly. How is everyone feeling about their application?

For those who got in, how long did they give you to decide whether you will take the seat?

Still no email for me. I'm anxiously waiting!! I'm curious how they decide who to notify first.

I got a decision back yesterday from both Palomar and Miracosta. I cant remember off the top of my head the pts for Palomar but I'm sure its roughly the same. I applied to Miracosta with 84 pts and this is my second application to both and I was accepted to both this time around.

Did you get into Palomar because of high points, or lottery?

Yup Thursday for everyone who received the email I'm assuming. So Friday is when I'm assuming people will be let off the waitlist!

I also haven't heard back yet! The waiting is killing me, especially now that others have heard. Really hoping we get some closure soon.

Thank you! I thought I applied with 88 points but maybe some things I to ought would count didn't given I wasn't selected, but hey standby is good too fingers crossed 🙂

Do you mind me asking if you did anything differently or to improve your application this 2nd time around?
