I am new to home health nursing. I am trying to figure out how to organize all the information I need to case manager my patients. I was wondering if anyone out there used any PDA or Palm Pilot software to help them organize things. If not a Palm, does anyone use any PC software to help them? My agency is still with paperwork, not laptops, but I figured I might be able to use some software to help me organize my day.. Thanks
Well, I got my Handera 330 with a few software packages downloaded on it. I love it but am still sifting through tons of option on programs etc. I have opted to try the epocrates program (free so far), arrythmia's, and PiUtilities (pricey but will make my system very expandable.
I think I could spend three days on just the computer researching this new project.

Bonnie, my Visor Pro doesn't have color. I rarely ever have to worry about it running down on batteries. I charge it q week or less, and usually when I have to sync something. BTW, I use wndows me w my laptop and it works well w that. You need to install the software that comes w your palm to the laptop, mine was Palm Desktop. I also bought documents to go, but never bothered to load it yet b/c I can sut n paste from the notes in my palm desktop version right to word w/o a problem.
