PACU advanced degre

What advanced degrees does any of you guys have that are working in PACU? I'm looking to get an advanced degree but unsure what to get it in. Not really interested in CRNA. I do not have the time commitment for it. I need to be able to work. Any tips or suggestions would be lovely

The ones that would make sense to me would be either leadership or education. I don't see PACUs hiring CRNAs or NPs for the department.

Agree that straight up NP's would not be a fit for PACU, but CRNA's all over the country manage PACU patients.
