Hi! I wanted to start this forum for people applying to Pace University's ABSN program for the Spring 2021 session. Best of luck to all of us!

My friend who went to NYU said you just have to do private loans, she went through Discover because they gave her the lowest rate, and then she refinanced with another company after she graduated to get a lower rate! Hope this helps!!
Thank you! They did mention in the interview that the program is expensive and that there was no financial aid for second-degree students. They said we can try but I doubt it's gonna work out. Have you heard about nurse corps?

Hey, Lissette. I do not think there is a set in stone last day but instead I think they interview until all 80 seats are filled. So I wouldn’t lose hope! I didn’t submit my application until September 15th!! -_- and they contacted me to schedule an interview yesterday.
To all of those who have been accepted: does anyone have any idea how this program is going to be organized in light of covid? will all classes be online? hybrid? all in person? I can’t seem to find any information about this.
Thanks!

I haven’t!! I’ll have to look it up! That’s good to know about trying for it- my roommate was confused because she has several degrees and has gotten financial aid? So yes I think we just have to try and see!
Hi everyone,
Congrats to everyone who was accepted already! I submitted my application on 9/15 and will be completing my final prerequisite this weekend so I know they will not review until after I Have completed it. Is anyone in the same boat as me? I'm super anxious like everyone and it seems like spots are filling rather quickly. Hoping to hear back about an interview next week when I have everything complete.
Hi everyone! just got asked for my interview and had a few questions after reading through everyone posts! the email said its an hour long and I was wondering if it actually took that long? what else does the interview consist of aside from the questions? I how many other students are in the on the interview with you? Also what do you guys think they want to hear in regards to what they should know about you outside of the application? Thanks! best of luck to everyone applying! and congrats to those admitted1
@Mkt1008 so my interview had six other prospective students in it. Ours lasted about an hour. The staff introduced themselves, we had 60 seconds to think of our answers, then 60 seconds to speak. They spent like 20 minutes explaining how expensive and how difficult the program is. Then at the end they allowed us to ask questions. I literally talked about liking to be outside since I moved to New York- hiking, biking, etc. I didn’t know what I was supposed to say and of course with my last name starting with a B, I went first. I was pretty surprised I got accepted honestly.
Hey @Nursing8734 thanks for sharing. What questions did they ask? And how long did it take for them to get back to you to let you know you were accepted? Congrats!!
@felicityrichie they asked what is something about you not in the application and what book have you read recently. I interviewed on a Tuesday morning at 9 am and got an email Wednesday around 630pm.
