Hi guys! Just wanted to start this forum because I haven't seen anything for fall 2023. lets support each other!! I am a reapplicant and I applied super early this year. I hope we get some feedback on decisions towards the end of the year. Good luck to everyone!

Yeah, I saw the same thing. Smh. It's been crickets along my way... I wanna call. Then again, I don't want to seem like a pest.

I spoke with a woman in admissions about two days before the deadline. She said applicants generally hear back within one month of the deadline. However, based on past forums, people have received decisions months after the deadline. So I'm not sure what to believe.

I hope not months or Ill be in Oneonta by then at Hartwick's program LOL

I don't think it was a month after the deadline because I saw my friend post the acceptance letter on Feb 3rd 2022

OK. That was your friend. I mentioned that some people get their decisions within a month and others seemed to have received their decisions months after the deadline. Here's a screenshot from April 2020.

Hi, I applied to the program on February 1, 2023. I see students applied way early than me. I didn't know I could apply early. 

After you submitted the application, when did you receive the message saying " application under review"? 

Do they give out decisions based on who submitted the application early?

Good luck! Applications opened pretty early (I submitted mine once I finished Med Micro back in Dec) but they aren't reviewed until all pre-reqs are completed with a grade and everything required is updated. I had emailed Mickael Pollard the admissions counselor to let him know it was fully finished. I rvcd the email maybe 3 days after that letting me know it was under review. Hope this helps

Microbiology with lab - A ( I took Medical )

General Chemistry - B

Introductory Psychology - A ( I took human development which is accepted and Into way back when with a B+)

Statistics (3 credits) - A

My situation is super complicated(. 

I don't know what GPA they look at 

1. if all classes taken from all schools, then mine is 3.6

2. if only my bachelors, then it is 3.8 

I don't know what to expect. I also repeated A&P 1, after getting D+ back in 2017 or 18.
