Hi There,
I've applied for the ABSN program at Pace for Fall 2014 and recently was notified that I needed to attend an interview. Does anyone have any insight as to what to expect at the interview? Anyone else applying for Fall? Any current or past students available to offer insight on the program? Also, is admission determined on rolling basis?
Whoa, I have a lot of questions!
Thanks, in advance, for any feedback you can offer!
Hey, I sent out my application and called them the other day to ask if my application was complete because they were missing one letter of recommendation and my resume. They informed me that my application is in fact complete and that they are in the process of reviewing my application. I am hoping that they contact me for this interview that you all have been talking about. I am super nervous!
They seem to be disorganized in the application process. I submitted a COMPLETE application before the April 1 priority deadline and after joining this thread and reading about everyone's interviews I decided to call and check the status of my application. I was informed that I was missing a pre-req, which was incorrect. The woman I spoke with then, on March 27th - a month after submitting my application, marked it complete. So it had just been passed over for an entire month without being sent to the review committee. I am pretty irritated but was told on another phone call the following day that they are in fact still reviewing applications and I will still be considered for the Fall 2014 cohort. Hope this is true and that I at least get an interview.
How were you all notified about interviews? Email?

Hi all. Just joining in on this thread. From what I have read here and in other threads, Pace's application/interview/acceptance process is very disorganized. I spoke to someone from admissions a few times to make sure all of my documents were received and to ask some general questions. She was very helpful and said not to worry as long as everything was in by 3/1 you didn't miss out and that they don't even start reviewing until then. She also said that not everyone has to have an interview, which I hope is true as I have not been offered one yet. She also told me that decisions don't go out until April. I plan on calling today to follow up and see where they are at in the process.
I only have one other application in and that is with Columbia. Their decisions went out in February and I was wait-listed and won't find out if I was pulled from the wait-list until April the earliest. I'd prefer Pace for cost savings.
