PACE ABSN fall 2015 (NYC)

Hey everyone!

I wanted to start a thread for anyone that applied to PACE for the fall 2015 accelerated cohort in NYC. I submitted my application a while ago and have been reading previous threads. Some of the applicants were interviewed and they seemed to received their acceptance/rejection letters quickly.

Yeah I emailed them. I've read on other threads of that happening and they mentioned it at the interview. I guess I just wasn't expecting it to happen to me. But she said the people that interview you choose which program they feel you would do best in. They have a lot of people drop out to the 2yr program from te one year because it is so rigorous. So the acceptance into the 1year is more difficult.

I submitted mine in the beginning of January. I do know that my interview was the first round of interviews. I'm not sure if they're holding one today but I do know they have another set of interviews on the 9th.

When did you submit your application ? I just spoke to them and they said they have not started interviewing. I wonder why they said that.

My application status says complete as of today. I'm so nervous about the decision. How long did it take you guys to hear back after your application was completed.

Hi everyone,

I had my interview on the 23rd and received my acceptance email on Friday, Feb 27th. It was a pretty quick turn around time. Good luck to everyone who will be interviewing. It is a fairly laid back setting, just be confident and take it seriously. Anyone who has been accepted looking to move to the area or looking for a roommate? I plan on moving to New York shortly and would love to live with a fellow student. I think it would be very helpful!

Congrats on all accepted!! I have an interview next week and was wondering to those that already went to interview were there math and English questions along with the interview?? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!!!!!!

kasiaban, just a few math problems no English questions. There's also a few short answer questions.

Congrats to all that's been accepted, my interview is Mon 3/9. So nervous, can't seem to remember much skimming through the math section after having a baby a little over a week ago. Good luck to all who will be interviewing on Monday!!!

I also interviewed the 23rd and got my acceptance that friday afterwards! I was shocked it was so quick! Congrats!! Did you go to the one at 12:45? That was mine and I interviewed in the group of 3! Im sure I saw you there! Did you get accepted into the 1year program?
