PA new grad pay

Does anyone know the new grad pay for UPMC? How does that compare to other Pennsylvania hospitals?

Specializes in long-term-care, LTAC, PCU.

6 years ago I was offered $21.20 an hour on a general floor with half of it telemetry. Went up to $21.50 after probationary pd. Over (90 days). I had 8 years of lpn experience but was told they do not take that in to consideration. This was at montifiore hospital. I left shortly after being hired and obtained a job in Greensburg for a dollar more an hour. I heard that the pay there isn't much better now.
