I am a nursing student in NC, and want to move to the Lancaster Area of PA, what are good hopsitals in the area, and how do you go about getting your license in PA, if you have NC license.

Is the area culturally diverse?

You go to the PA BON, and use the applications that states for endorsement.

If you are not going to work in NC, then there is no reason for you to get a NC license. You can get a license for PA when you graduate and save yourself the expense.
