LPN: 1st offense--0--12 mos.--$75 per month

Dietician:1st offense--0--12 months--$100 per month up to $1,000

Anything over 12 months: Fornal disciplinary action

Failure to complete 30 hours of approved continuing education

1st offense--Deficiency of 1--10 hours--$250

Deficiency of 11--20 hours--$500

Deficiency of 21--30 hours--$1,000

2nd offense--Formal action

I would be more than happy to comply with the continuing education requirements if I could only receive notice of exactly what those requirements are, who the approved providers are, what documentation I need to submit, etc.

Funny how that info is not yet available, but Harrisburg knows exactly how much it's going to stiff me for if I don't comply ... :stone
