Has nothing to do with the nursing shortage, has to do with facilities not staffing appropriately. But yeah, I feel like that most days.

Yeah, my hospital recently cancelled all overtime shifts so even though there are nurses who are willing to work and make staffing better for everyone, we will work short instead. I think this is so wrong, and someone needs to go to the press with it. But no one is willing to lose their job over it.
