Outrageous !!!!!!!

I was just fooling around earlier and got onto the nvnurse site. Looked at several things on the site just for fun. Can anyone tell me how a nurse, even a highly paid nurse, can afford a home in some of the areas there? I mean it is outrageous, a mobile home, only 2 bedrooms/2baths on a small lot is over $100,000.00. How in the world do you pay those payments on something that will probably fall apart before it is paid for? I may be a simple country girl but that is mindblowing to me.
