Out of state graduate and want to become CA RN

Hello,

it's my first time here in allnurses.com.. I'm hoping for advices on my nursing career here in California. I'm a nursing graduate from the Philippines and I want to take nclex here in California,. What is the first step I should take??? I know that I'm ineligible taker because I graduated from other country. What should I do first? Please help.

It's not the number of cases but whether your cases were concurrent with the theory course
