Anyone applied for the 2017 FNP program?

I graduated from OU in the absn program in 2015. I did not know they favored part time applicants when I applied though. It's very disheartening to do the computer interview, no feedback from interviewer made it hard to gauge how the response was taken. Anyone hear anything back yet? I am trying to sort out the expected time frame so that I can respond within the ten day limit. :)

Where did you hear that they favor PT?! I didn't know that either. I figured they'd want FT to get them done quicker. Well, I applied for FT, so we'll see.

everywhere I read, people found out mid April.

It was in a video presentation about questions potential students made. It was a live event I could not attend. Anyone else OU previously?

Ah, I think I know what you're talking about. It may be the other APRN programs that are more favored PT. I was told that the slots for the FNP PT/FT are just depending on how many seats are open with how many clinical sites are available, but the video said that they accept more PT because there are more applications for PT. So, idk...

I'm a two time graduate from OU and attended the ABSN program. Hopefully going back for a third time ;)

I got my email today saying I was wait listed... couldn't get any information about how many were though. Anyone else in the same boat?

I got waitlisted too. Okc has 10 FT and 15 PT spots, so I wasn't expecting to be top pick.

If anyone finds out information about the waitlist or anything from the school, please post! May answer questions we have or didn't think of.

Sounds like there's a good number of us on the waitlist for so little spots, which sounds a little discouraging. Good luck to all.
