Other Language Requirements for Internationally Educated Nurses

Published

Hello every one, i am an Internationally educated nurse and have recently cleared CPNRE exam here in canada, the only thing left as per cno is language proficiency. I heard that if we are currently working (not in health care ) we could get a reference letter from our employer which could be accepted by CNO, did any one forward any such letter and whether CNO accepted your letter, is there any specific format that we must follow, also how long will it take for them to reply, please do help.. waiting for reply

The person writing the reference letter should use a format similar to the language proficiency indicators on CNO.org

Why not ask CNO.org for 100% correct answers?

There was a poster 'nerdynurse' who posted a thread entitled ' Language proficiency for international students' it took 3-4 months for CNO to give the results.
