OSU-OKC Fall 20

U.S.A. Oklahoma

Published

I was just wondering if anyone was applying for Osu Okc nursing program for the fall of this year. I know its a lot of stuff going on right now with Covid-19 and schools closing and wondering if that's going to affect nursing programs going forward.

When I called I was told close to 200 with another month to go. I also asked if I should expect a normal cut off point and she said yes. ?

There is two advisors for nursing which one told you that? Because thats not fair for the people that had a test schedule who needed it for more points and didn't get that opportunity.

No I didn’t. I’m going with what I got. How many points do you have ?

I don't have as many points as you got which I feel is really good by the way. But I'm optimistic

I applied and yes they waived the HESI and will not be opening up the campus for us to test. They will be going off of the points we currently have .

I have 62 without the HESI or 87 with the HESI. That's a pretty big jump. I do believe it is unfair for some to get those points while others do not get to take it. I imagine that this is a big headache for them, too. A lot of uncertainty for all of us ?

87? Sounds like you are good to go

So are they going to accept your HESI score? You took it before April right?

I am not sure. I did take it before April, but the language on the website leads me to believe that it has been waived for everyone and may not count. Honestly, I think that would be fair. But, there is a big difference between applying with a 62 or applying with an 87

And that’s all we can be at this point. “Optimistic”

You’re right that is a big leap! I hope that it counts for you ?

Have you called Gaytra to ask her?

No, I plan on submitting the application and then wait and see what happens. If it's meant to be, it will be ?
