U.S.A. Oklahoma

Published

I was just wondering if anyone was applying for Osu Okc nursing program for the fall of this year. I know its a lot of stuff going on right now with Covid-19 and schools closing and wondering if that's going to affect nursing programs going forward.

When are u turning yours in? I did mine Monday

As soon as my Spring grades post, which will probably be sometime next week

I’m applying in the 70’s ? hoping for a lower cut off this semester

I feel like mostly everyone got to take their HESI the ones scheduled the last week or two before April did not. So mostly everyone did get to test? Am I correct or did the testing center shut down earlier than that?

Does anyone know how many applicants they are taking this semester? Or how many they accepted last semester?

But if you think about it they were testing two times a day and those last two weeks if they stopped it thats alot of people that didn't get to test. If it wasn't alot of people I doubt they would have waived it.

Tuesday’s,Wednesday’s and Thursday’s and two test dates in April. Hmmm OK more than I thought that didn’t get to test. ?

I think they accepted 80 last semester. I’ll need to call and ask next week how many they plan on taking this semester.

The more I think about this the more sad I get ? I really hope we all get a chance

I have a question. Is it smarter to apply with an old HESI score for the extra points. Or without the HESI at all.

Gaytra told me to submit the HESI score. She didn’t say if it would give me points or not but suggested it wouldn’t hurt.

I was told the selection was going to be made as fair as they possibly can. Do you have any ideas on how this will work?

I will be applying with 81 points without the HESI exam. I was planning on taking it in May but it looks like they won't be offering it anymore. Am I understanding that right? So If you have already taken it you can use the points but if you haven't taken it then you apply without the points? That sounds like it would make it very difficult for those of us who haven't taken it to get in without the extra points from the HESI.

I have 81 too with no HESI. (crossing fingers)
