I think Jasper had a backer because he knows that the next batch will be deployed on May. It is a very sensitive matter and even the date of opening of Sta Ana Hospital is still questionable, how come he knows it. Hmmm... something fishy going on.

@ Opsen : the mere fact that no one answered you, that means "ALL HAD BACKERS" ... Sad to say but it is a FACT.

About the May Volunteer thingy, I asked the NSo regarding the next batch of Regular Volunteers that's how I came to know that they are currently accepting applicants...

She hand picks those who excelled in the screening process...even if you don't have a backer just as long as you do your best..im sure you'll be heading for sta ana...

to jasper.. yes were finished with those interviews. I am in batch 4 A.. If you had your interview you just this month your in batch 4 C.. i think...

about the regular volunteer in OS the NSO prioritize those applicants who knows someone inside.. (the backer system also applies with the regular volunteer.. ) :uhoh3:

As far as I know. The Director of OS is very objective.

really :rolleyes: . opsen was right you have to have backer before you could enter as a regular volunteer. and excuse me nso do not divulge anything even the smallest thing. even when they texted the one they chose they want it to be secret, as they say " why did you tell them about this, you blew your chance, you blew it away". why do they have to put in secret well in fact they should tell all the trainees if they are accepted or not because it is their right so that they could do their thing, they could move on with their life.

to :devil: jasper2009 reeaaallllllly:eek: . you really believe in yourselves hah. do you think you really excelled in the screeening process? to tell you frankly, no one pass the 4th exam because the highest is 50 + only out of 150 items. how come you are accepted? eheemmm... and my friend is one of the top in their batch. the director even mention that these people are very good indeed because they top not only the exam but also the prescreening. how come they are not included (i mention they because they are many in their batch who are deans list then one of the top in exams and pre screening) while those people who are not mention there (that means they have low score) are the one they included.

i'm not fooling anybody. what do you want me to do just to prove that i don't have a backer?

i really do believe in myself. as far as i know, they use the "point-system" (they give points according to your score on the plm exam, the initial interview, your school, your achievements, etc. then they sum it up and whoever lands on the top 100 on their list, they consider for sta ana).

sorry sweetjelly, but i do think that you're the one giving the readers poisonous pessimism.

as a last note, i really feel bad for your friends who didn't make it. probably god has a better plan for them.

im one of the trainees for sta ana medical center and my training is already finish i hope they will call us for employment :clown:

to nurse_pukyaw if you're in batch 1, you already signed your pds forms right? my batchmates told me that there were 11 applicants who were accepted in your batch.. is this true?
how many of your batchmates got hired?

we don't have the pds signed yet theres a election ban, but some of our batchmate in training was called already to submit their requirements in the city hall personel's office the bad thing is i'm still in the waiting list. even those inferior lazy trainees that did not performed well was called because of backers!!! :down:

your in batch 4 c of trainees?? it sounds like you have backer your so confident

do you know the i'm in the first batch that passed the qualifying exams in sta ana medical center i don't have any absent or lates and performed well in weekly exams and interviews.

mind you the director of o.s already promised a item to the first batch. my batch mate e-mailed mayor lim that item for sta ana medical center was already promised to the first batch of trainee, but look what happened they already hired inferior 11 applicant with backers, :down:

so don't say that if you performed well your be hired its all about the politics man those that will excel has legitimate chance but very slim. be realistic dude!!! :devil:
