Hi you guys,
I am thinking of doing the lpn program here at Orlando tech and just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with this program or knows anything about it ( good or bad). Please help out if you can.
Thanks!
For me is more convenient, too.
When I went to Orlando Tech for the first time, I was a little surprised because the campus looks like a high school. Then I went to the mini orientation, passed the net, and registered. The registration process was simple. I don't know what to expect from the program in general. I only know what I've read in this forum. People have different opinions.
And what about you? What do you think about Orlando Tech in general?
Thank You!
Yeah, same here. It does look like like a high school. I was kind of hesitant in the beginning. The staff was ok nothing to write home about. Everytime I talked to the receptionist of the lpn program she acted like I was bothering her. But in the end I weighed all of my options and did my research on every LPN program in the area and as far as price and convience it was the best option. You turned your paperwork in back in April. Didn't they have a September program starting or was that only for full time?
Does it always only start in January or does it depend on the year? When i called to find out when they were offering the part-time program they said the next one starts up in january but it has different start dates all year. That would really suck if it is January only for part time. I would def have to go for the full time one then.
Yeah that's pretty much what they told me when i called " Our next one is in january and the rest are various times through the year". That's as specific as it got. Well i suppose if i can't do january i will call them back in feb or march to see if they know when the next one will be:wink2:

No, not yet. I called maybe a couple of weeks ago and they said they send the letter out in October and orientation is for November. So no I haven't gotten my letter yet. Hopefully soon though.
