Organic chemistry, statistics, and anatomy together?

Published

HI

I'm currently not working and unfortunately have to retake stats (I got a D in it) so I was thinking about taking it with my organic chem, and anatomy, I'm not really sure what to expect in anatomy or chemistry so I'm a little nervous about it. Do you think it's manageable?

Organic is CRAZY HARD. I have friends who took it with pretty heavy course loads and they had to work their asses off just to barely get a 80%. A&P is a whole other world...There is lots of reading, studying, and memorizing involved. This is a very important course...probably one of the most important ones you will do in your pre-nursing years. Its very important to get A's in both sections of it. I did it and I worked SO hard to get those A's. If you already didn't pass stats, you know that will be a rough spot for you. I recommend dropping Organic from your schedule if anything and just take A&P and stats. Take Organic with some of your other gen eds.

That schedule sounds scary, but if you don't have a job and have the time to devote to studying all day then it is possible to do well, but I do not recommend it.

Yes I need to do really well in everything else. I hope retakin stats won't make it impossible for me to get into a nursing prgram :-( but ill seperate my classes up to make sure I am successful in my classes. Thank you everyone for your advice
