I applied for Winter 2026, but selected the option to be considered for Summer and Fall 2025 as well! Best of luck to you all :) I am curious, has anyone begun applying for scholarships? I applied to Linfield as well and I'm finding scholarships are scarce for those seeking a second bachelor's.

Best of luck! I applied for Fall, but I am open starting any term.  I have also been curious about scholarships and the process for applying. Would you have to have an acceptance before applying to scholarships or how does that work? Any info anyone could provide would be super helpful!

From what I have uncovered, it depends on the scholarship. Most of the ones I found that are specifc to nursing require you to have already been accepted into a program in order to apply. There are some that are not nursing specific that allow you to apply at anytime. It's really a tedious hunt, but there are SOME options out there. Best of luck you ya! I suggest looking for scholarships if you check any diversity boxes, I.e "first generation scholarships", "men in nursing scholarships", "black nurses scholarship", etc, etc.

Nothing yet here, I think from what I have read people heard about interviews the first week of February which is about a month out from application deadline

I think we hear back around February 5th. I know that OHSU sent out a sign up for mock interviews for 01/29.

I did get the mock interview notice and signed up to participate. I've started doing practice video recordings to get myself more comfortable with the format. I prefer in person so much more! I thought we might start hearing this week for interviews starting next.

Reading threads from prior years, it seems like there may be some internal funding offered by OHSU depending on availability. Crossing my fingers that is happening again this year.
 

Edit: Just looked for the posts again. It's called the hospital fund. I don't think you have to apply. They offer if they can.
