I was just wondering if anyone has used the NCSBN's review for the NCLEX-RN. It looks pretty good and is much less expensive than some of the actual review courses that I've looked at. Any thoughts?

i used learning extension on both of my pn and rn review, i agree that it is cost effective coz you could subscribe for 2 weeks and only pay for $49. i found it resourceful when it comes to their answer coz they will list 2 books why they came up with the answer which kaplan dont and of course they'll state the rationale.
the alternate-type practice questions gives me extra knowledge, their way of questioning is bit easier than kaplans question trainer but over-all if you exposed urself to different ways they ask question then ur mind will be more flexible when its time for nclex.
hope that my feedback helps u, if u have any questions just message me. goodluck.

It was a very good resource, but I would not reccommend it.
