I got 65 / 69 on practice exam for health and safety. I was going to take the test Friday. How do practice exams comprae to actual exam

Sometimes they can be extremely similar. Try to remember the questions and brush up on the rest.

I got a 66/74 and ended up with a B in Transitions, just study the ones you missed and the reasons they give for it being the right answer on the practice exams. Then just read each one carefully and you can reason out the answers. Good Luck!! :p
