Hello everyone,
I live in NJ and I am about to graduate from a BSN program. I really want to be my own boss and I am thinking of opening a training center for LPNs and CNAs where I would teach with the possibility of expanding later to other healthcare professions, including RNs one day. Can someone please guide me? I am a bit disoriented, there seems to be an info blackout on the steps required to open this type of school. Many thanx.

Check with your state board of nursing. They will have all the requirements.

Most states will require you to have three years of clinical bedside experience before you'll be allowed to teach in any type of allied healthcare program.
