Hi all,
Need advice. I have an interview Friday for a medical surgical unit. The interview is an open house format by invitation. I have never had this type of interview before. Should I bring extra resumes? References? Letters of appreciation from patients? What shoud I expect? Will they ask me what my weaknesses and strengths are during this type of interview?
Any insights or experiences would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sista

Take whatever you would take to any other interview. Sometimes there are other hiring managers available that are also interested in your background and skills. Good luck!
thank you!- So over prepare!!

I would take it all. You never know what you will run into. Prepare yourself as if you were having a one on one interview. What are your strengths, weaknesses, examples of challanging situations and what you did to overcome them, etc.
