[Ontario, Canada] Registered Nurse Job Position help with old criminal record

Hey I am looking to get some help with finding a registered nurse job position in Ontario.

I keep getting rejected based on my criminal record, which was a mistake I made a long time ago. So I am looking for employer that is more forgiving and will understand that I just want to redeem myself by genuinely helping people during COVID-19 instead of working of minimum wage job

I am looking to receive "any" help from either suggestions of where to apply to or if I can get some direct contact with a hiring employer. I am willing to volunteer, take lower hourly wage, or reduced benefits as well.
