I just wanted to make a post as we enter the new academic year, and more importantly the next admission cycle. Hopefully through this post we can all share our admission experiences, concerns, and achievements.
To begin with, I am currently a University of Toronto student completing my final year! I am hoping to apply to UBC, UofT, Nipissing, Western, and Trent. Just waiting on applications to open up! I am slightly worried I may not get in because admission is so competitive, and seeing those with 3.9+ not get in can be very scary.
How about you? Are you excited for the new school year? Any concerns for the admission process? Let's get through this together

Oh you’re right actually it says conditional for me as well but I don’t see an offer letter or anything? And it doesn’t say it on OUAC either when I went to check, IDK if that’s just me though

same exactly. My portal says I have an offer but there's no letter or email and OUAC hasn't update it yet??? I swear if this is a glitch and its not real later I'll #cry

I just emailed McMaster asking if it's a glitch so I'll let y'all know if they respond
Also does anyone know what the conditions of the mcmaster offer is? I couldn't find it

GUYS ITS REAL. I GOT AN EMAIL BACK AND THEY SAID THE CONDITIONAL OFFER IS VALID! CONGRATS ?
I mean considering there's no email or letter yet I would guess it'll be the same as other schools. UofT's conditional is a 60 but some schools are 75, so I would guess 75 is the safe bet for the term and completion of any outstanding prereqs? It says the offer expires May 7th.
Which McMaster portal are you guys looking at? The one that still says required documents or the updated one?

Second of all: would you guys mind sharing your GPA/CASPer? Mac is my top choice so I'm lowkey freaking out a bit that my portal hasn't changed haha
Thanks! I wouldn't worry too hard yet because Mac historically does the major bulk off their offers in May. I had a 4.0 for last 10 and cGPA (on the UofT GPA scale) and 4th quartile CASPER
