Who works for a hospital with this and what are the hours, who runs it, how much does it cost, and where do you work?

We have onsite (separate buliding in parking lot) daycare,.haven't needed it in many years,.but it was expensive, and only open from 5am- midnight,.also transported to and from 4 or 5 of the local schools,.I work nights so wasn't so much help for me,.but was great in the summer when the kids were out of school,.they have lots of summer programs, swimming, movies, mini golf,.gymnastics etc to keep them busy while I slept!

I'm advocating for this same care at my magnet facility, and would like to hear answers to the same questions as the OP. Thanks

I wish we had it, but I have mixed feelings about it. We have a wonderful daycare provider that my child adores, and the adoration is returned. The babysitter is willing to help me out if something ever comes up, but I know that's not typical of all providers.

I could use something like this right now. We have a Montesorri school on site, but it is extremely expensive and is only open about 4 hours a day. That won't help me. I work night shift 7p-7:30am, My husband has been watching them at night and until he goes to work at 06:30 am. THen my adult daughter comes to my house and gets my kindergartener on the bus and watches my 4 yr. old. So far so good, but I wish there were something on site for us to choose from.
