Hey all! I am looking for a good online Anatomy and Physiology II (with lab) course from an accredited program. I know there are some other threads on this, but a lot were from years ago, so I wanted to see if anyone has any updated information/personal experience with this? It's not ideal to take this online, but due to scheduling conflicts, taking it online is my only option. I have found a couple options (MGIH/Mass Gen, Gwynedd Mercy, CSUSM), but not sure if these are the best options or if there are more. I'm not too concerned about rigor because the programs I am applying to will cover anatomy and physiology, so I'm mostly just trying to "check the box" by taking this class. Any advice or personal experiences with online A&P is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Just be sure that whatever schools you are applying to will accept these online core classes. I've seen quite a few that will not accept them. Sure the majority will accept psychology, sociology, and those type of classes as online. There are quite a few nursing schools, when I was applying, who specified they will not take the core classes (Anat, Phys, Micro, Chem) if they are online.
Just be aware of this and double-check w/ the schools.

This is true. Just make sure the school you are applying to accept online core classes. I had a few schools who didn't accept online courses because of the virtual lab. I completed the majority of my core classes at portage learning for the school that I'm applying to (Gwynedd Mercy), the only course they didn't accept online is organic chemistry. Also, this is for the ABSN program. I think I've read somewhere online that they don't accept online courses for the regular 4 year program though but will for the ABSN? Didn't look too further into it since I'm doing the ABSN. ?

Did you take A& p 1 & 2 ? How was your experience? Especially with the reading materials being online ?. Did you have to hand write a lot of notes or just printed all the reading materials.
