If you go to (collegescorecard.ed.gov) and put into the search engine South University Savannah Online, you will see that they report a graduation rate over an allowable six year reporting period of 2%.
What more can be said. Stick with schools that are established, reputable and have a track record of actually helping to graguate a significant portion of their enrolled cohorts. Sad to say South University does not do this making this EDMC brand no bargain at any price.

I live in Charleston South Carolina and I am doing my research for NP programs in my area that offer a part-time option, are online(with a few campus visits), and that are affordable. By affordable I mean less than 800 per credit hour, but preferably 500 something per hour. My GPA is about 3.4 mostly due to my ADN and I would start in Spring 2018.
So far my first pick is Univ. of South Carolina, Frontier and Francis Marion. I also liked Univ. of Southern Indiana and Univ. of South Alabama. I am considering South but would prefer a solid Brick and Mortar school with a few campus visits for clinicals.
I have kind of ruled out MUSC since the average GPA "I hear" is 3.7 and they are very expensive. Am I crazy for not at least applying?
Any suggestions on some small schools I missed in SC, GA, NC that I should consider. Some I ruled out because they would not offer in-state tuition even when doing a hybrid program.
I have checked out some of the post around this topic on Allnurses but some are getting old. So I thought I would start a fresh one.
Thanks for any help
