I just want to start this thread for students who are applying for the nursing program at SJDC this Spring 2018. We can share some information or ask questions while going through this process. I actually finish all my pre-requisite classes at Delta and now I will be applying with 64 points.

I have friends that's in the program and their clinical site is at Manteca with Malony. They said that instructor is approachable and they have a good experience. So I'm choosing that clinical site since idk the other instructors.

@kringbear I thought about choosing that Manteca since I have heard that Malony is really nice and a good professor, but I ended up choosing St. Joseph's since it's closer to home.

At first that's what I chose to since its closer to my place than Manteca but yeah maybe the following semester I will choose St. Joseph.

Kringbear: my registration date is the 16th but I'm planning on choosing Manteca too because it's closest to home for me. I've also heard great things about the instructor.

For those of you who have accepted your spots already, does it send you a confirmation at all? I accepted my spot as soon as I found out I was accepted but I haven't gotten an email or anything.

Hi everybody, I was also accepted. I'm thinking about doing the Lodi clinical site, has anyone heard anything about that? I originally applied to MJC but didn't get in, how is Delta's reputation for the Nursing program? See you guys at orientation. :)

I'll be at LMH! I think Deltas reputation is good. Just disorganized, but these days, I don't feel like anywhere is organized lol!

I never received a confirmation email after accepting my spot either. Are we suppose to get one? Maybe they're waiting until 11/16, the last day to accept spots?

Got into the City College of San Francisco. So, if you are an alternate, there is hope because I'm withdrawing from the SJDC RN program! :)
