Hey All! I applied to SMU for the 2018 Fall BSN program. Just wanted to create this to see if anyone's gotten a confirmation email or (possibly) even heard back! Plus, I figured this could serve as a good outlet for my checking my email incessantly!

Yea, over the course of 3 months (Nov-Jan) I believe they informed me about movement on the waitlist like 4 times. It was pretty frustrating!

Okay so I just went on the chat and people had some good questions that were answered: everyone will hear by March 15th (denial, waitlist and admitted). And also, about 120 people applied for Fall with 64 seats available. Three more days!!

Wow, so only 120 applied?! Hmm that means half of us will get in.. ahhhh!! Can't wait til friday!. Good luck to you all!

I applied for this spring, was waitlisted #13 and ended up #3 when the semester started.

Me too! My boyfriend kept saying "well those are great odds!" But I just kept being a little pessimistic haha. So so nervous!

When I saw the preview for the message in my inbox I read "decisions delayed" as "denied"- nearly gave myself a heart attack.

With that said, still so disappointed- was so anxiety ridden all day but now we have to wait two more weeks?? Blah

So now our anxiety levels will only get higher and higher for the next two weeks because now we have no idea when we're gonna know. It's just gonna show up in our inboxes one day /: I'm so upset
