Does anyone know of an online program LPN TO ADN that most states don't frown upon? I want to be able to work in any state if I pass they state board.

Indiana State University offers an online RN bridge program (LPN-to-BSN).
Moved to the Distance Learning forum for more feedback. Good luck!

ISU is not accepted in quite a few states and you said you want to work in all states. You may have to go traditional if that's your worry.
