Hello Everyone

I am a new graduate nurse applying for online jobs. Most websites have designated upload places for "resume," "cover letter," and "other documents." I was wondering if it is pretentious to upload recommendations from professors? I thought this might be beneficial to a new graduate with no experience. Some hospitals ask new graduates to upload them, but others don't mention it.

If you have them, go for it! I don't see any way it would be a negative, you are doing what you can to "sell yourself" to employers and references are a great way to do it.
