Hi everyone! I am working on a unit where patients code frequently. I was wondering if anyone with experience can give me insight as to what are early signs that my patient may be at risk of coding?

As a new grauate, what is a good thing to say when the interviewer asks if i have any questions about the hospital? i was thinking to ask how long the training period is for new nurses, but i need a few more ideas

Hello Everyone I am a new graduate nurse applying for online jobs. Most websites have designated upload places for "resume," "cover letter," and "other documents." I was wondering if it is pretentious to upload recommendations from professors? I thought this might be beneficial to a new graduate with no experience. Some hospitals ask new graduates to upload them, but others don't mention it.

Hello Everyone I am a new graduate nurse in NYC activly looking for hospital work. I would like to prepare myself for any interview questions that may come at me. As it is very hard to get a nursing job now in NYC, i want to make sure that if i am lucky enough to land an interview, i get the job. Can anyone give me insight on what types of questions to expect?
