Hello all,
I'm in the process of completing applications for the online FNP programs at University of Southern Indiana, George Washington University and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Can anyone give me information about your experience with either of them?
Thanks for sharing

Hi, I'm applying to George Washington's ANP program for the fall. Can't help you on your question, but wanted to wish you good luck. I'm almost finished with my application, but the NursingCAS application is becoming a real headache. Lol. Keep me posted on how things go for you and if you find out any information and I will do the same for you :)
Just posting an update....found out that I was accepted into The George Washington University FNP program for fall 2011!!! Excited and kinda scared, but ready to get started!!
Congrats!! Very happy for you! I know that you are so excited. If you don't mind me asking, what is your stats (GPA, experience, etc.)? Also, did you interview or just get an acceptance letter/email? Also, any other info you have would be great! I finished my application and submitted it on March 8th for the ANP program. NursingCAS was the reason for the delay. I guess I just need some reassurance. Ha. Congrats again!
Good luck NCNurse...I have 6 years experience as an LPN and 6 years experience as an RN. My GPA for my ASN was 3.5 and I'll finish my BSN in 2 weeks with a GPA of 3.9. I completed both my ASN (Excelsior) and my BSN online. I didn't do any other testing like MAT or GRE.
I hope you get your acceptance letter soon....Good luck again.
Thank you. Many prayers needed! I hate to keep asking so many question but I'm curious about a few things. First, did you have an interview or were you just offered a spot? If so, was it difficult? Secondly, did you get notified by email? Thanks for your time!
No interview, just the essay. I had to log on to the GW application site to see my acceptance letter.
