  1. Wings, I'll be crossing my fingers for you! Wow, April 4th!! I applied March 8 and received the under review email March 17 and STILL waiting! I hope that no news is good news!
  2. Thanks for the info! I'm hoping they have a larger class size as well. My gpa is on the line. So not holding my breath but def doing some praying! Hoping I won't go crazy before I find out. I'll keep ya posted!
  3. Congrats on your acceptance!! I know you are very excited! The anticipation is nerve racking! Did you apply to the fnp or anp? Did you interview? And if you don't mind me asking, what was your gpa/years experience? Sorry for the questions, I'm just a tad bit nervous, lol! Congrats again!!
  4. Yea, that's exactly how I feel. I also applied to the ANP. CAS dragged mine out too. I would have applied a month earlier if it wasn't for them screwing up my references. I emailed the school after the deadline to see how many applied for the ANP and they stated that 50 ppl applied but wouldn't disclose how many they were going to accept. Not sure what the avg class size is for an online np program. Hopefully 50! Lol. I'm not even worried about it like I was. It Is what it is I suppose. I'll be praying that we both hear good news soon!
  5. It's a relief to hear from someone that applied. I can't find hardly any threads relating to the MSN tracks at GW. I applied March 8th and my online application status still says: "referred to dept for review", and frankly, I'm pretty tired of looking at that same message, LOL! By what I've read, some people have heard back (mainly for the FNP though). Which track did you apply to? ANP or FNP? Also, when did you apply? Anyways, good luck and keep me posted!
  6. Hey guys. Just wondering if anyone has applied to George Washington University for one of their NP programs. I applied for the ANP program for fall 2011. Applied first of March and still waiting. The anticipation is killing me. Would love to hear from anyone in the same boat as me!
  7. Thank you. Many prayers needed! I hate to keep asking so many question but I'm curious about a few things. First, did you have an interview or were you just offered a spot? If so, was it difficult? Secondly, did you get notified by email? Thanks for your time!
  8. Congrats!! Very happy for you! I know that you are so excited. If you don't mind me asking, what is your stats (GPA, experience, etc.)? Also, did you interview or just get an acceptance letter/email? Also, any other info you have would be great! I finished my application and submitted it on March 8th for the ANP program. NursingCAS was the reason for the delay. I guess I just need some reassurance. Ha. Congrats again!
  9. Hi, I'm applying to George Washington's ANP program for the fall. Can't help you on your question, but wanted to wish you good luck. I'm almost finished with my application, but the NursingCAS application is becoming a real headache. Lol. Keep me posted on how things go for you and if you find out any information and I will do the same for you :)
