Hey! I am applying to the midwifery specialty. I graduated with a B.S. in biology finishing with a 3.3 GPA. I did a few volunteer opportunities such as volunteering in the ICU, drive-thru mask giveaway, and community cleanup. I also joined some organizations. I'm currently taking some prerequisites now for the program. I'm taking two now and will be taking two more in the Spring. I just submitted my application yesterday but I'm still waiting on both of my letters of recommendation. Have you submitted your application yet? What specialty are you applying to? Stats? Have you applied to any other schools?

Hi! I'm currently finishing up my application and applying to the PMHNP specialty. I have a 4.0 Major GPA (UMass Amherst, BS Psychology), 3.97 cumulative GPA, and 4.0 Pre-reqs GPA so far, currently working on A&P 2 and Microbio. For experiences I was an intern for a youth and family support network, worked in a clinical psychology research lab (but am not published), and work in an adolescent inpatient psychiatric unit. I too am a crisis counselor and have worked as a teaching assistant for various psychology lectures as well. I am also applying to Vanderbilt, Yale, Northeastern, Regis, UMass Med, and Regis.
Hello! I submitted my application. I have a 3.9 undergrad GPA and a 4.0 pre-req GPA. I majored in history and women's studies. I have worked as a sexual health educator, patient advocate in a local hospital, and a clinical research coordinator for a different local hospital. I applied for the Nurse-Midwife track!

Hello! Since the priority deadline is tomorrow, October 15, I was wondering if the application must be verified by admissions in order for my application to be reviewed at the priority level. Good luck everyone! (-:

I feel like it should be reviewed at the priority level if it is submitted before 10/15. Which program are you applying to?

Thanks! I believe so too, but I wanted to make sure. I am applying for FNP specialty.

Hi everyone, hope everyones doing well during this stressful period! I got my wisdom teeth removed, then had complications, then got sick.. so doing my video interview now LOL. For everyone that has completed it.. how was the format? It states that we have 6 minutes to answer the questions.. does it display the questions and then we answer them one by one in the same recording? Are there different recordings? How do we know when to start answering the next question? Hopefully someone can share some insight! Thanks!

Hi, it is a single six-minute recording. They put up all 3 questions on the screen at once, so it is up to you how much time you want to allot to each question and when to start/stop answering each question. Hope this makes sense!

So right when I'm done answering one I just continue answering the next straight away?

Yep! They make it pretty awkward haha since you have to do the transition yourself.
