Online CPR course, are they acceptable???

My CPR will expire soon and it will be hard to fit the classroom training into my schedule, so i have been looking at courses online....Have any of you ever done an online CPR recertification course, and is at an acceptable form of recertification??? I've been lookin at ProCpr.org and its only $29 once you pass the exam.

At first our school accepted Red Cross Certification, but now it is STRICTLY American Heart Association BLS Certification now, my class was around 60$ though, but it worth it, and the class is pretty interesting too!

Because my clinicals are ending this month i will not need to be recertified for school because my card expire aug 6. But i was still thinking about retaking it for the workplace, there are some especially for the health care provider and it is endorsed by the american heart association.
