I have just started applying for jobs, a number have the online application/background check forms to fill out, they ask to list ALL employment? I am not sure of how to do this, I had some temp jobs after I left my previous career, than stayed at home with children for the past 11+ years, have volunteer experience listed on my resume (but not actual employment?). I am not sure how to fill this out--says to list ALL employment, do I even go as far back as my first job out of college (more than 20 years ago?). None of it relates to nursing though I do list my last editorial job as I was a Manager so include that for the management experience?
Thanks so much for any info

No, just put your jobs after nursing school, unless they were relavent to nursing. Most just want you to go back 10 years at the most. I think with the VA they only wanted from nursing school graduation on. Hopefully somebody else will chime in here. Do put your volunteer experience. I always put volunteer, blah blah, blah for what I did and 0.00. Especially since you do not have any experience. I would put manager job experience, but nothing from way back over ten years. You definitely do not want to "date" yourself. It is really tough apps out after raising kids!
