Hi! So, I personally have never been, but I've heard a little bit about these. The advice that I've heard is obviously dress in interview clothing and arrive with multiple copies of your resume/cover letters. If you are offered a position on the spot, definitely get a business card from the person in order to follow up, because I have heard of people waiting and waiting for paperwork after the offer. This way you can reconnect with your new boss ?
Good luck to you!!

I’ve been invited to an interview at an on-the-spot hiring event. Has anyone ever been to one? What is it like? Thanks!
