A friend of mine gave me a 2003 Saunders Comprehensive Review NCLEX book. Is that version OK to study with, or do the tests change so much from year to year that I need to get the new 2006 version when it comes out? I was using the Mosby's, but heard that Saunders was better, and since it was free....well....!! Just wanted to know what you thought??

Does it still have the CD with it? If not, then you will ned to get one that does. Whether you use even the 2nd edition, the information is still the same, just some of the newer format questions will be there. But if you know the material, then how the question is presented, should not make any difference.
Good luck.
