Has anyone been targeted by the OK Tax Commission with claims they did not file taxes when they did? With the OTC sending threatening letters about removing our RN license? This has happened to me twice now, 2018 and this year again. The OTC required me to prove I filed taxes in the state of OK and I had to send my 511 forms. They soon found they owed me $748 and finally paid me roughly a year later. Now they are claiming I did not pay enough taxes for 2020. I had large amounts withheld from each check. Usually more than $400 every week. I feel I am being persecuted when I am 100% in compliance with tax law. Anyone have a suggestion or resource that is cheaper than a tax attorney?
